presentation of the festival with Magda Siti (artistic director), Gianni Viterale and Giovanni Sabattini of Ribalta Experimental Film Festival
7:30 pm – VIA EMILIA DOC FESTI IN TOUR
screening of “The Euphoria of Being” (by Reza Szabò) introduced by Fabrizio Grosoli journalist and film critic, co-director of ViaEmiliaDocFest
8:40 pm – dinner
9:30 pm – screenings start
the performer Andrea Hackl of the Silent Fragments screendance will be present in the room to answer questions from the audience after the screenings
Saturday 24th
8:45 pm – SCREENDANCE PERSPECTIVES
meeting with Alessandro Amaducci, visual art professor at Torino University
9:30 pm – screenings start
Sunday 25th
8:45 pm – 4 SONGS. THE HISTORY 100 TIMES
screening of screendance “4 Songs” and meeting with the author Giuseppe Muscarello

Awards
The Official Jury awards the following prizes:
first prize > € 800
second prize > € 400
third prize > € 200
But there is more! Since Cinedanza has other two partners, the 3 selected films will be screened in 3 more locations and festivals:

The Young Jury will choose 3 films that will be screened together with the films chosen by the Official Jury.
The Official Jury
Angela Fumarola, artistic director for dance projects at Armunia.
Dorin Mihai, photographer. It is formed in information technology. Photojournalist since 2011, in 2014 the meeting with the choreographer Claudio Gasparotto brings him closer to dance and stage photography, with an assiduous and permanent collaboration.
Esmeralda Calabria, director and film editor (David di Donatello for Habemus Papam) has worked in more than 40 films from 1993 untill today.
The Young Jury
For the second edition of Cinedanza an Under35 jury will be formed (maximum 7 members, or in any case in odd numbers), selected by Drama Theater and FMAV – Modena Arti Visive Foundation.
The three films chosen by the Young Jury will be screened together with the three official finalists in the other locations of the project partners (Supercinema Estivo, Circolo Ribalta, Nonantola Film Festival).
